December 26th, 2015 - Jamie Larsen Wins His Second New Zealand Minisprint Title |
December 26th. A top field of 28 Minisprints were on hand at night at the Robertson Holden International Speedway on Saturday, and were whittled down to a field of 24 for three 20-lap races to decide who would wear 1NZ for the next 12 months. After two heats Larsen had 45 points with his best grid position yet to come (6th), equal with one other driver who would start the deciding race on grid 24. When the dust settled, Jamie Larsen was the class of the field, outstanding on his way to a second New Zealand Minisprint title. Congrats to Jamie and the team. |

December 19th, 2015 - Larson Wins Back to Back Features At Saleem |
December 5th. On an emtional night at the Salem Indoor oval at the Livestock Pavilion at the Oregon State Fairgrounds honoring long time starter Kitty Taubenkrau, Nik Larson from Graham, Washington won his second feature in a row after debuing a brand new XXX midget. Congrats Nik and Kevin on the Back to Back wins. |

December 5th. Midgets and Indoor Racing go together in the winter like peanut butter & jelly, and many drivers in the Northwest are taking advantage of the indoor season at Salem Indoor Raceway to gain valuable seat time. One of those drivers is Nik Larson who on Saturday debuted a brand new XXX midget and piloted it to his very first win. Larson started in the second row and whipped his way forward to grab the win in the main event, followed by fellow Team XXX driver Renee Angel. |

November 28th, 2015 - Willsher Wins One for Pa |
November 28th. While being the Australian National Champion is a huge feather in his cap, no race holds more meaning for Dylan Willsher than the one he just won for the second year in a row: the Jack Willsher Cup. Named for his grandfather, or “Pa” as the Willsher family calls him, Dylan took on the tough field at Premier Speedway in Warrnambool, Victoria, and was clearly the man to beat. Starting 4th, Dylan wasted little time piloting his XXX 600 to the front of the pack, and with superb car speed, sped his way to his second straight win in the event. Congratulations Dylan. |

November 21st, 2015 - Simon Sweeps Murray Bridge |
November 21st. Team XXX was out in full force in Formula 500 action at Murray Bridge Speedway on Saturday night. Simon Reichelt was the best of the field all night long, winning both of his heat races and the main event in impressive fashion, making it a full night sweep in his XXX. Lockie Gates joined in on the fun, taking his XXX to second place in the feature. |

November 21st, 2015 - Win for Erksine in New Zealand |
November 21st. Racing is going full force in New Zealand, and in the latest race meeting to occur, Andy Erksine took his XXX to winner’s circle on Saturday night. The win came at Central Motor Speedway in Cromwell and was Erksine’s first victory of this calendar year. |

November 20th, 2015 - Brady Bacon driver Hoffman Auto Racing XXX to 100th USAC Win |
November 20th. It was a historic night at the Western World Championships on Friday night, as the most decorated team in USAC history added more accolades to their already impressive resume. For the 100th time in the series history, the Hoffman Auto Racing #69 XXX sat in victory lane at a USAC event, with Brady Bacon hustling the car to a win at USA Raceway in Tuscon, AZ. Bacon has been the pilot for 15 of the 100 wins, and used multiple lines around the track to make it happen. Brady ran the bottom to take the lead away from Tracy Hines around lap 17, then changed to the highside to clear traffic and hold off Bryan Clauson to grab the win, which tied him for 29th all time among USAC drivers. Over the two week West Coast trip, Brady and the Hoffman team had an average finish of an outstanding 2.6! |

November 7th. The opening night of racing at Tolmer Speedway in Bordertown, South Australia featured the Formula 500s in their “Battle of the Border” race. Continuing his momentum from last season, Australian National Champ Dylan Willsher was the winner on the evening, taking his XXX 600 from 8th place to pick up his first win of the year. |

November 7th. The first round of the War of the Wings series for 2015-2016 is in the books, and Steve Duff Jr was the bigger winner in his XXX chassis. Duff set a blistering pace, and save for one small snafu where he spun but kept the car going, was dominant all feature long in scoring the win at Ruapuna Speedway in Christchurch. Daniel Anderson helped XXX to two of the three spots on the podium with a third place finish. |

After running 9th to second in his heat, Larsen earned the pole in his XXX Midget to 1200 conversion, leading every lap of the main event to claim his second win on the year one week after his first. |

October 25th, 2015 - Sodeman Wins Wingless at Lernerville |
October 25th. An eventful Sunday at Lernerville Speedway saw Jack Sodeman take a win without his wing over the BOSS series at his home track. Sodeman pulled out a win on the final lap of the non wing feature, storming off corner four to take the lead and win with a dramatic last lap pass in the Jim Seger owned #25 XXX. In the following sprint car race, Sodeman would finish second which gave him the Western PA Sprint Championship for 2015. |

October 24th, 2015 - Opening Night Win for Larsen |
October 24th. With his sprint car on the shelf with engine woes, Jamie Larsen took an alternate route to victory lane at the opening night of racing at Robertson Holden Speedway on Saturday night. The New Zealand hot shoe busted out his new Triple X Midget to Mini Sprint conversion from Fast Times Rods and won both of his heat races and the main event, setting new marks for lap speeds in the process. October 23rd and 24th, 2015 -Bill Thomas Memorial Win to Luke Thomas |
October 17th. Bridgeport Speedway ran the 5th annual Bill Thomas memorial over the weekend, with two legs of wingless 600 racing and a round of winged racing. The wingless portion of the 600 event went to Luke Thomas, who dominated the field on both nights of action, coming from the rear of the field on both nights to win the A Main events in the family owned XXX 600. Saturday night’s main event paid out a cool $1,500 to Luke. Congratulations to the team on the big wins! |

October 11th. Zach Newlin fought through adversity to win the Sunday afternoon race at Path Valley Speedway in Spring Run, PA. Newlin started on the outside pole and looked to have things well in hand until colliding with a lapped car. Through the collision, NEwlin kept his wheels spinning and did a 360 on the track, never stopping, and would retain his lead all the way till the checkered flag dropped in front of his XXX sprint car. |

October 10th. It’s getting cold out in Missouri, but that hasn’t stopped Mitchell Moore from posting hot results in the Kenny Potter wingless XXX sprint. Moore tacked on another win to his resume’ on Saturday night, besting the 19 car field at I-35 Speedway in Winston, MO for the victory. |

October 10th. 2015 has started with a bang for Robert Heard, who won his second straight track opener on Saturday night. Following his victory at Murray Bridge last weekend, the South Australia driver took the season opening wingless sprint win this past Saturday night at Speedway City, making it two wins in two tries for Heard in his new XXX chassis. |

October 4th, 2015 - $50,000 National Open Win to Stevie Smith |
October 4th. Stevie Smith and the Rahmer Racing team rose to the occasion again on Sunday, winning the $50,000 National Open at Williams Grove Speedway. Smith nearly perfect all night, setting quick time on the night toward the end of the first time trial session, then racing into a transfer from his heat. With an invert of four in the dash, Smith would advance two spots in that race to earn an outside pole position start. Danny Dietrich led early, but Smith was too good, blasting past Dietrich for the lead on lap eight. Logan Schuchart made his way into second and tried running down Smith in traffic, as the two XXX drivers battled for the top spot. Donny Schatz passed Schuchart and looked to charge late, but Smith continued to find the fastest line around the track and enjoyed a 1.5 second lead coming to the white flag. As he crossed under the checkered flag, Smith won his third National Open (and first since the early 90’s)
as well as second main event over the World of Outlaws and sixth main event of the year at Williams Grove. To Stevie, Fred, Moon and The Boys, as well as Deb and the entire crew, congratulations from all us of at Triple X. |

September 26th, 2015 - Montieth Wins 2nd Annual Dirt Classic |
September 26th. The second annual Dirt Classic at Lincoln Speedway has gone to Brian Montieth in a thrilling affair. Team XXX drivers took the top three spots in the finishing order, as Montieth outdueled Brent Marks and Stevie Smith to take home the $20,000 payday in the Jerry Parrish owned #21 XXX. Montieth was fourth until a mid race restart helped him clear both Marks and Jac Haudenschild and set sail for Smith. Montieth used traffic to his advantage and passed Stevie on lap 27, only to have Stevie come back at him amongst the slower cars with a slide or two of his own. Brian was up to the challenge, retaking the top spot each time a rolling to the win. |

September 26th. Justin Martin is the 2015 Ontario Topless Sprints champion following his second win of the season on Saturday night. Racing at South Buxton Raceway, Martin started on the pole but drifted back to third on the start. As the car came to him, Justin worked back forward, taking the lead and eventual win with a pass around lap 20 in his XXX. |

September 25th. Stevie Smith tuned up for the 2015 National Open with a win on Friday night at Williams Grove Speedway. Smith was smooth and fast over the course of the main event, taking the lead form Brent Marks with a slidejob on lap 10 that secured him the lead. Stevie was rocket-ship fast over the final few frames, stretching out to a full second lead before crossing under the checkered flags. Smith has won 5 of the 11 events he’s run for Rahmer Racing in 2015 at The Grove in their XXX chassis. . |

September 20th. A tough night for the Heffner Racing crew ended with Greg Hodnett and the team celebrating in victory lane at Susquehanna Speedway Park on Sunday night. Crew chief Ryan Hand made the call to switch engines before the heat race, and the crew got it done just in time to get heat in the engine before the heat. Greg drove the wheels off the car to earn an upfront starting spot in the main, where he’d set out running second early. With slower traffic looming, Hodnett slid past Jac Haudenschild to grab the lead, then turned Haudenschild away two laps later to secure the point for good and claim his 18th win in Mike Heffner’s #27 XXX. |

September 20th. Zac Taylor took home his biggest win of the season by winning the Bob Salem Memorial over the URSS on Sunday at Oberlin Speedway in Kansas. Taylor started fifth on the main for the day show and by the time the dust had settled and the checkered flags flew, the Wyoming based youngster was at the front of the field in his XXX and scored the victory. |

September 19th, 2015 - $10k Win for Smith at the Jim Ford Classic |
September 19th. Ryan Smith took home $10,000 on Saturday night, winning the Jim Ford Classic over the All Star Circuit of Champions at Fremont Speedway. Ryan started from the pole position and led the first 30 laps before falling to second just before the fuel stop in the 50 lap feature. When the race resumed, Ryan retook the lead and survived multiple cautions and stoppages to take the victory, his third of the season over the All Stars at his third different track (Attica, Mercer and now Fremont). September 19th. The final night of racing for 2015 at Skagit Speedway is in the books, and Colton Heath wrapped up the Skagit season by winning the final race and season title in the 360 Sprints. September 18th. Tim Shaffer grabbed his second All Star Circuit of Champions feature win of the season, taking home a victory on Friday night at Fremont Speedway. Shaffer worked from his fifth place starting spot up to second on lap twenty two and passed race leader Cole Duncan on the 28th lap for the win in the Bryan Grove owned #45 XXX. |

September 18th. The always potent Heffner Racing XXX midget hit the track again on Friday night and found victory lane with Steve Buckwalter driving the car to the win. Buckwalter started 12th on the field but was up to fourth by the sixth lap. Steve worked his way further up and with six laps remaining, made the race winning pass to score the victory at Williams Grove Speedway over the ARDC series. |

September 18th. Back in the saddle after a back injury interrupted his season, JJ Hickle picked up a win on Friday night over the ASCS Frontier Region in his XXX Sprint. Hickle won his heat race at Billings Motorsports Park in Montana, then raced forward from fourth to claim the victory in the main event and $2,000 for his efforts. |

September 18th. The Northwest Focus Midget Series wrapped up its point season on Friday night at Deming Speedway, with Mike Vollbrecht grabbing his seventh win of the campaign. It was a battle of XXX midgets at the front of the field, as Vollbrecht and Ryan Cully duked it out, with Mike taking the lead on lap five and holding off Cully for the remaining 20 laps to score the win. Vollbrecht is a near shoe in to win the most improved driver award for the series, as he entered 2015 without a race win to his name. |

September 11th and 13th, 2015 - Marks Wins Tuscarora 50 at Port Royal |
September 11th and 13th. Brent Marks has now won three straight main events at Port Royal Speedway and collected $21,000 over that period of time in his XXX following his Sunday win at the Tuscarora 50. Marks also won the Night before the 50 on Friday. Running under sanction of the All Star Circuit of Champions, Brent went from 5th place to the lead on Friday night, leading the last 8 laps to secure the victory in front of fellow Team XXX driver Ryan Smith. Saturday’s race was postponed till Sunday, and Marks had a tall task facing him with a 13th place starting spot. Chaos up front gave “The Myerstown Missile” a chance to improve his position, as he worked his XXX into second place before the break at the halfway point of the 50 lap main. When the race resumed, Brent swept around the outside of Team XXX driver Sheldon Haudenschild and raced to the win, leading all 25 laps of the second segment to grab the $12,000 check and

September 13th. The final night of racing at Huset’s Speedway (before it becomes Badlands Speedway in 2016) featured 305 sprint cars, and it was Dusty Ballenger taking the win in his XXX. Dusty finished fourth in his heat race before rolling away to the win, the final 305 feature for the historic Brandon, SD track.

September 11th. Zach Pringle has become a frequent face in victory lane at Riverside International Speedway in West Memphis, AR. The hooked up bullring known as “The Ditch” saw Pringle move from third to first in his heat race and lead every lap of the main event in his XXX to score the win, his second in consecutive weeks.

September 7th, 2015 - Marks Wins at Port Royal |
September 7th. Port Royal Speedway featured day racing on Monday, and the slick speed palace provided a wild finish where Brent Marks emerged triumphant. Marks took his XXX from seventh into the lead battle, featuring other Team XXX drivers Dylan Cisney, Aaron Ott and Greg Hodnett. With the white flag flying, Marks made all the right moves, splitting slower cars at the right times to take the lead coming out of the final turn and holding off Ott by less than a second to score the win. |

September 6th. Ronnie Aurand parked his XXX in victory lane for the first time in his career on Monday night at Bedford Speedway. A 2nd place finish in his resulted in a spot in the redraw, which drew Ronnie the pole. Aurand would run second initially before taking the lead on lap three, and survived multiple restarts to take his first career win. Congratulations Ronnie, Ashley, Duff and the team on the W!

September 6th, 2015 - Wilson Wins Over SOS |
September 6th. The Southern Ontario Sprints invaded Brighton Speedway for the annual Labour Day Classic and when the dust settled on Sunday night, Rick Wilson grabbed his first victory of 2015 in his XXX. Wilson started on the pole and outraced Glenn Styres over the first couple of circuits to grab the lead and eventual win in relatively easy fashion.

September 6th. Cory Haas has shown speed over the last month and flirted with a spot in Victory Lane at Williams Grove Speedway. But, he just couldn't catch a break. There were times lapped traffic didn't cooperate. Another instance, he got caught from behind by a charging competitor. He's also ran out of laps and, in some cases, it was all of the above. That wasn't the case during Sunday's 25-lap Billy Kimmel Memorial. Haas took advantage of Rodney Westhafer's misfortune and made it stand for his sixth career win at the historical half-mile oval.

In fantastic fashion, Sheldon Haudenschild earned himself a second consecutive UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions victory on Sunday night, September 6, at the Wayne County Speedway near Orrville, Ohio. The nearby Wooster, Ohio native earned the $5,000 winner’s share from near mid-pack; charging to the front after starting tenth on the evening grid. The now five-time UNOH All Star main event winner in 2015 dominated the feature field, crossing under the checkers with a near seven second advantage. |

September 5th. It’s impossible to describe the last two laps of Saturday’s “410” sprint car feature at Lincoln Speedway. To simplify the shock that left a packed house in awe, Freddie Rahmer came from fourth to first in a wild last lap to score his first career “410” sprint car win, coming on the heels of brother Brandon’s first career win one week earlier. “I knew I had a shot there, but coming through the last corner, that was a little close,” said Rahmer, “I don’t know why it took so long to get going, but I can’t tell you how bad I wanted this, and it means a lot.”. |

September 5th. Curt Michael used a late race restart to muscle his way by Chuck Hebing to score his first Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprint victory of the season in the 25-lap NAPA Auto Parts Tour of the U.S. A-Main at the Thunder Mountain Speedway on Saturday night. The win was worth $2,050 and it was the sixth of Michael’s career and his first win in the state of New York since 2008 with ESS. |

September 5th. Congratulations go out to Michael Miller, who took his XXX to a weekend sweep of the Southern Outlaw Sprints at two tracks in Florida. On Friday night, Miller took over the lead at the halfway point of the main event and went on to grab the win at Northwest Florida Speedway in Baker, FL. With one win in the books, Miller moved on to Southern Raceway in Milton, FL on Saturday night where he swept the evening, running the fastest hot lap, winning his heat and then dominating the A Main. September 5th. Dave Ely made wholesale changes to his race program for Saturday night, including new shocks, new steering and a new XXX chassis. The changes paid off to the tune of $3,200 in his bank account, as Ely won Saturday night’s show at Port Royal Speedway. Dave moved into second off the start and used a textbook slidejob to take the lead on a lap nine restart. From there, Ely was dynamite in clean air, extending his lead while running the cushion. Slower traffic made it close towards the end, but when the checkered flags flew, it was Dave scoring his first win in a XXX. |

It was a wild night. September 3rd. Kelsey Carpenter became the fourth winner of the Sportsman Sprint Cup at Skagit Speedway on Thursday night. Carpenter took the lead on lap nine from Lee Hornbeck, trapping him on the lower groove behind slower traffic as he ran smooth up around the high side. From there, Carpenter kept the car in the smooth parts of the track to core the victory. Kelsey has now won races in three different divisions at Skagit Speedway in 2015, and all of them in XXX chassis (410, Sportsman and Midget).

August 29th. XXX Chassis took 4 of the top 5 finishing positions at Port Royal Speedway on Saturday night, but none were as dominant as Greg Hodnett. Starting in the seventh position, Hodnett had the Mike Heffner owned #27 locked down, driving quickly up through the field to grab the lead and winning by nearly four seconds as the checkered flag fell. Lance Dewease was second in his XXX, Dylan Cisney was fourth and Davey Sammons took fifth.

August 29th. Curt Michael and Tyler Ross engaged in an epic battle for supremacy in URC action at Delaware International Speedway on Saturday night, with both Team XXX drivers holding the lead at points over the final few laps. Ross led the white flag lap with Michael barreling up the inside groove to make a run at him as they entered turn three. Ross would briefly lose the handle and get the car sideways, and Michael, with nowhere to go, got into his side in the middle of the corner. The resulting collision straightened both cars out, and it was the Bill Gallagher owned #5g XXX driven by Michael winning the drag race to the checkered flag and picking up the win.

August 29th. Danny Mumaw charged from 17th place to win his first race of the season at Wayne County Speedway in Orrville, OH on Saturday night. Mumaw charged early, gaining nearly a spot per lap until moving into second place with five laps remaining. Mechanical woes for the leader handed the point to Mumaw with three laps left and the Wooster, OH driver coasted the rest of the way for the victory.

Todd Shaffer is only a few seasons removed from full time competition in 410 Sprint Cars, but there was still a little rust to be shaken off before the main event of the 1st ever Legends of Racing event put on at Lincoln Speedway by Fred Rahmer Promotions. Shaffer earned the inside pole position start for the 20 lap main event, which was divided into two ten lap segments. After holding strong in the second spot for the first ten circuits, Shaffer took the lead on lap 11 when Kenny Adams bounced off the wall. Shaffer held point the rest of the way in the retro painted #88 XXX sprint car. August 25th. The fifth running of the Jersy Rush, on Tuesday night, at the New Egypt Speedway was nothing short of spectacular with Greg Hodnett winning a thriller over fellow TeamXXX racers JJ Grasso and Davey Sammons. Hodnett of Thomasville, PA led all thirty laps of the 410 sprint feature but was pressured throughout the second half of the race, with Grasso in the hunt. Hodnett earned $5,000 for the victory, his first ever 410 sprint car win at New Egypt.

August 21st and 23rd. Greg Hodnett was a two time winner of the course of this race weekend, winning at Williams Grove on Friday night and Susquehanna Speedway Park on Sunday. Racing the potent Mike Heffner owned #27 XXX, Hodnett worked fellow Team XXX driver Lance Dewease high and low before using the inside of turn three coming to the white flag to grab the top spot and the victory in the first of the twin twenty lap mains on Friday. The team went next to Port Royal, where Greg finished a close second behind fellow Team XXX driver Doug Esh on Saturday. Then on Sunday, Hodnett capped his weekend with another win, driving away from the 16 car field at Susquehanna to pick up his fifteenth win of the year. Greg Hodnett hustled forward from his eighth starting spot to become the first repeat winner in the nine-year history of the Living Legends Dream Race for sprint cars at Port Royal Speedway on Saturday night. It took until late in the 35-lap main for Hodnett to get the lead from fellow XXX racer xAaron Ott before going on to record the victory by 2.593 seconds, his fifth of the season at the historic oval. Including his earnings from the second semi feature along with lap money, Hodnett took home $10,820 for his night of work. His first win in the prestigious dream event was in 2008.

Peterson used a restart to his advantage by stealing the lead in turn one and never looked back from there. It was an all XXX podium with Carpenter finishing 2nd and 3rd went to Parker.

With the World of Outlaws in town, Smith beat down the best in the business, taking the lead on lap eight and holding the lead the rest of the way in the #19 XXX to win the Summer Nationals and score a $25,000 check. It’s the second time in as many years that Smith has beat the Outlaws as well as the second straight year that XXX chassis have won the Summer Nationals. Aaron Ott led the early portion of the race in his XXX and finished third on the night.

July 25th. The Dan Monhoff owned #35 XXX visited victory lane for the first time in 2015, as Sean Becker piloted the car to a win at Placerville Speedway on Saturday night. Becker started fifth and had advanced to second around lap six when he began challenging for the lead. With heavy lapped traffic in and around him, Becker took the point on the 14th circuit and following a caution on lap 15, extended his lead in clean air before taking the win.

July 25th, 2015 - Thomas Wins at Skagit |
July 25th. Tristin Thomas led an all XXX 1-2-3 finish at Skagit Speedway on Saturday night. Thomas used the extreme low groove in turns one and two to take the lead from Mike Vollbrecht on the 17th lap, the held off Ryan Cully and Vollbrecht over the final few laps to score the victory and make for the all XXX chassis podium.

July 25th. Scott Bradley won for the second straight time out, this time with a wing on his Hoosier Speed XXX 1200. Bradley was the winner on Saturday night at Twin Cities Raceway Park in North Vernon, IN, taking the lead from his brother Andy with six laps left and leading fellow Team XXX driver Chris Baumeyer to the stripe in a XXX 1-2 finish.

July 25th. Our congratulations go out to the Chester family on their 1-2 finish this weekend with the ASCS SW Region. On Saturday night, Joey Chester collected his first victory, beating his brother Billy for the win at Central Arizona Speedway in Casa Grande. Joey started on the pole in his XXX and held off Billy who charged up from 7th. XXX put another car in the top five as well with Lance Norick taking 5th.

July 25th. Despite getting caught in an early tangle, Jack Sodeman rallied to his first victory of the year on Saturday night. Racing at Mercer Raceway Park in the 410 division, Sodeman was involved in an early race wreck that collected seven cars, including his Jim Seger owned #25 XXX. Jack set himself to working back through the pack, quickly advancing all the way back to second place with eight laps to go. Fortune favored Sodeman when race leader Eric Williams spun, giving Jack the lead and a clear path to his first victory of the 2015 campaign.

July 25th. Like his mentor Jack Sodeman in the 410 division, Darin Gallagher collected his first victory in the Outlaw Sprint class at Mercer Raceway Park on Saturday night. July 24th and 25th, 2015 - Bowers Sweeps UMSS Weekend |
July 24th and 25th. Chalk up another two wins for Ryan Bowers and the Mastell Bros Racing team. Bowers swept the weekend action over the UMSS series, first winning Friday night at St Croix Valley Raceway. Bowers started third and picked up the lead on lap nine. From there, Bowers held off a strong challenge from Lou Kennedy to pick up the win. On Saturday, the series moved to Rice Lake Speedway where Bowers began his initial charge to front from fourth in his XXX chassis. In a race that went without a yellow or red flag, Bowers made the race winning pass on lap 17 and went on to victory. The win is #5 on the season for Ryan and the team.

July 24th. Tony Rossi scored his first RMMRA win of 2015 on Friday July 24th by taking the win at El Paso County Raceway in Callahan, CO. Rossi was running second and closing on the leader when a yuke tire jumped out of nowhere to eat up the lead car, giving the lead to Tony and the eventual win in his XXX midget.

July 24th. Johnny Parsons III, or JP3 as he’s being called on the TSCS circuit, picked up win number two on the year at St Croix Valley Raceway on Saturday night. Running with the wingless touring series, Parsons had the right setup on the hooked up and fast racetrack, taking the lead on lap 11 and holding on despite heavy pressure amongst slower cars to win the caution free feature in his XXX.

The Clute, TX driver stormed through the field in his XXX chassis, leading without challenge and lapping up to 7th place in the main.

July 21st. Bridgeport Speedway was the sight of the latest Curt Michael triumph, as the eight time URC series champion grabbed another race win at Bridgeport Speedway in New Jersey. Michael started outside of row number two and after experimenting with the low side for a few laps, changed to the high groove and began his domination. Michael swept forward from third to first in one set of corners, and cruised away from there, leading by up to half a track on the 5/8” mile speedway in his XXX. July 19th. Parker Price-Miller and his crew were on about one hour of sleep thanks to a very late running King’s Royal the previous night/that morning as the rolled into Angell Park Speedway in Wisconsin. The lack of shuteye wouldn’t deter the young driver however, as he took home the win after making a late race pass in traffic in his XXX. PPM was running second from seventh and doggedly pursued Mike Reinke in and amongst slower traffic, eventually passing him on the 25th lap out of 30. Parker withstood a lap 27 restart to pull away for the win by five car lengths. |

July 18th. Greg Hodnett returned to a familiar place with a trip to victory lane at Port Royal Speedway on Saturday night. After starting eighth, Hodnett had worked his way into second and was challenging for the lead amongst heavy traffic with ten laps left when leader Brock Zearfoss made contact with a slower car and handed the lead to Greg. Hodnett would turn away a challenge on the restart from fellow XXX driver Lance Dewease en route to his 11th win on the year. |

With the victory, Sellers extended his lead in series points.

July 17th. The KCP Racing #18 XXX is building momentum as the Knoxville Nationals approach, as Ian Madsen drove the team to its second win in as many nights on Friday. Madsen took the victory at Fairmont Raceway in Minnesota on Friday, after winning his heat race and controlling most of the main event on the high banked ½ mile track.

July 17th. Aaron Reutzel returned to action with the Lucas Oil ASCS National Series on Friday night with a win at Electric City Speedway in Great Falls, MT. Aboard his XXX chassis, Reutzel used a slidejob amongst heavy lapped traffic to secure the lead from Phil Dietz on lap 12, then proceeded to put on a clinic by lapping a huge amount of the field before a caution flag stopped his charge on lap 27. Once back to green, Reutzel again opened up his lead on his way to his fourth national tour victory of the year, extending his point lead with the victory.

July 17th. Congratulations go out to Kody Lehman on his first win in a XXX chassis at Williams Grove Speedway in the 358 class on Friday night. Lehman had a solid run going in the upper groove that helped his whip into the lead on lap seven. Late race, Chase Dietz pulled ahead of him in turns one and two but Lehman countered both times, using the high groove on the first counter and the low side on the second counter to keep his lead and score the win. |

July 17th. Team XXX was in full force at Williams Grove on Friday night. The top four finishers were XXX chassis, led by Stevie Smith who won the final outlaw tune up race, leading every lap but the very first. Smith was challenged by Brian Montieth and Greg Hodnett over the course of the event, with both cars giving him everything he could handle in traffic. Smith would turn away the challenges each time and drive away when in clean air to take the victory. Hodnett would best Montieth for second, and Lance Dewease made a late race pass to claim the fourth position. Congratulations to all our XXX teams on the fantastic race night.

July 16th. Brady Bacon won for the second time in five events with Indiana Speedweek on Thursday night, taming the ultra tough Lincoln Park Speedway in Putnamville, IN to score the win in the Hoffman Auto Racing #69 XXX. Bacon started on the front row for the feature and led every lap of the 30 lap main event, only surrendering the lead briefly to Jerry Coons Jr on a restart at lap 14 before taking it back and streaking away to the win. Brady also won his heat race.

July 12th. The always potent Hoffman Auto Racing #69 XXX was back in victory lane on Sunday night, as Brady Bacon won the second round of Indiana Sprint Week. Starting sixth on the main evet at Lawrenceburg Speedway, Bacon was up into the lead by lap seven and magnificently worked through traffic to pick up the 90th career USAC National Series victory for the team and movde them to second place in Sprint Week points as of this writing.

July 11th. XXX chassis dominated the race night at the 2015 Lou Blaney Memorial at Sharon Speedway in Ohio, with Sheldon Haudenschild coming away with the $10,000 winner’s prize. Sheldon had a near perfect evening, winning his heat race, the dash and leading every lap of the main event. Ryan Smith challenged Sheldon over the course of the contest, drag racing with is fellow Team XXX driver to the final flag which Sheldon captured by the length of a front bumper. Caleb Helms made it an all XXX podium by taking third. On top of that, Jack Sodeman was the fastest qualifier of the night in his XXX. July 11th. Jim Siegel cashed in on a big pay day on Saturday night as he won the Brandon Little Memorial at Lincoln Speedway, taking home $5,000 for his efforts. Siegel steadily worked forward in the main event, moving into second around halfway through the 33 lap feature, then making the race winning pass over fellow Team XXX driver Kyle Moody on lap number twenty. July 11th. In a race that had been postponed from clear back in 2014, Aaron Ott was victorious at the 360/358 challenge at Lincoln Speedway on Saturday night. A lap 12 caution gave Aaron exactly what he needed, sweeping past Josh Weller on the restart and driving away to a four second margin of victory in his XXX chassis at the 4/10 mile Pennsylvania track.

July 11th. In front of Skagit Speedway’s biggest crowd of the year, Colton Heath carried on his (almost) yearly tradition of winning on Midseason Championship Night. The LAW Motorsports #33 XXX had a front row starting spot for the 25 lap 360 sprint car A Main, and off the start, Heath was in chase mode, trying to run down Michael Bollinger. Colton’s car rolled flawlessly around the bottom of the track, and when Bollinger made a mistake in the high groove of turn two on lap 21, Colton was right there to drive past and secure his third victory of the season.

July 11th. Tristin Thomas swept the evening at Grays Harbor Raceway in Elma, WA, winning both the scramble and main event. Thomas, who leads the points at GHR, led every lap of the main event in his XXX midget, leading the rest of the Northwest Focus Midget Series drivers by nearly a straightaway at times.

July 11th. On just his third night on a new XXX chassis, Kyle Clark visited victory lane at Creek County Speedway in Sapulpa, OK. Clark won his heat race from his outside front row starting spot, which secured him the outside front row starting spot for the main event. Similar to his heat, Clark again went from the outside front row to the win, leading every lap of the main event.

July 11th. The Southern States Midget Series continues to grow in the deep south, and Team XXX is busy winning races with the series as Brandon Denton picked up his second feature win of the year in his XXX midget. The win came at Albany Motor Speedway in Albany, GA.

July 5th, 2015 - Smith Dominates PA Speedweek with 5 Wins |
July 5th. Stevie Smith finished PA Speedweek in the same way he started it with a win in the Rahmer Racing #51 XXX. The 8th and final round of the series was at Selinsgrove Speedway on Sunday night, and after setting quick time, Stevie wasted no time getting to the front. From his outside second row starting spot, Smith blasted into second after the first set of turns and emerged out of turn four with the lead on the opening lap. Despite Greg Hodnett closing late, it was all Stevie in taking the $5,000 dollar win and securing the $10,000 Speedweek championship. Stevie and the team took home over $40,000 in winnings over the eight race series.

July 4th, 2015 - Gold Cup 2015 Goes to Gee |
July 4th. Determination and a bad fast XXX sprint car brought Skylar Gee his first win in a 360 at Alberta’s biggest race; Gold Cup at Castrol Raceway. Gee started the feature in ninth and had worked up to third following a caution on lap 13. On the restart, Gee would drop back to fifth before starting his charge back forward. Lap after lap, the teenager hit his marks and closed on the group ahead of him. His XXX would stick low where no one else’s would, and he’d use the bottom to set up moves as he advanced to second on lap 25. Two laps later, Gee pulled a slider in turn three to take the lead and eventual win, as well as the $5,000 top prize that went with it. Congratulations Skylar, Tim, Ruth and everyone with Gee & Gee Racing on the victory.

July 4th. For the second time in 2015, Ryan Smith has beaten the All Star Circuit of Champions. On Saturday night, Smith and the Warko Racing Team were at Mercer Raceway for the second night of competition with the All Stars. Smith would earn a spot on the dash where he finished third, setting him up for a good run in the feature. After quickly advancing to second, Smith used traffic to run around fellow Team XXX driver Parker Price-Miller for the lead on lap 15. From there, Ryan held off PPM, Dale Blaney and Cody Darrah en route to victory lane.

July 4th. It’s been a rough spot of things for Terry Richards, but all it takes is one weekend to climb back on top of the mountain. Following a few weeks of torn up racecars and high repair bills, Richards saw everything come together for him at Eagle Raceway in NE on Saturday night. Richards led early before falling back to second. Terry reclaimed the lead in his XXX chassis on lap eight and never relinquished it on his way to his first win of 2015.

July 3rd and 4th, 2015 - James Sweeps Fred Brownfield Classic Weekend for Midgets |
July 3rd and 4th. Dougie James won both main events for the Northwest Focus Midget Series at this weekend’s Fred Brownfield Classic at Grays Harbor Raceway. Both main events played out very similarly for James in his XXX midget. On Friday night, James made smooth steady laps around the inside of the track, passing Nick Evans around the halfway point of the race to grab the lead and eventual win. On Saturday night, James again chased down race leader Nick Evans just beyond the halfway point of the race and using the inside groove, rolled past him coming out of turn two to grab the lead and second race win in a row.

July 3rd. “The Hammer” returned to victory lane this weekend, as Doug Esh collected $10,000 for his Mitch Smith Memorial win at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday night. Driving the Mark Coldren #07 XXX, Esh would lead all but one lap of the 30 lap main, holding a very fast Brian Montieth at bay over the final 10 laps to take the win and the big pay day. Montieth was second is his XXX, and XXX chassis occupied five of the top six finishing positions.

Ian was never truly challenged on his way to the first of what should be many wins over the summer months.

June 26th and 28th. Stevie Smith started PA Speedweek by winning the first two races on the schedule in the Rahmer Racing #51 XXX. On Friday night, Smith led an XXX 1-2 finish by leading every lap at Williams Grove Speedway with Greg Hodnett hot on his tail throughout the course of the 25 lap feature. With Saturday washed out, teams hauled to Path Valley Speedway on Sunday for the “Party at the Path”, where again, Smith led every lap of the main event to score the win. Stevie has led every lap of speedweek races so far and has a commanding early lead in the points.

June 27th. A last minute setup change paid dividends for Robert Sellers in the form of his fourth OCRS win of the year in his XXX. June 26th. Skagit Speedway was home to the Tristin Thomas show on Friday night with the Northwest Focus Midget Series. Thomas led an all XXX podium by leading every lap of the 20 lap main. Second place finisher Ryan Cully and third place Lance Sargent would both make moves on Thomas on restarts, but Tristin turned them away time and again before taking the victory. June 21st, 2015 - Haudenschild Wins at Waynesfield |
June 21st. Sheldon Haudenschild has been a man on a mission during Ohio Speedweek, taking home two third place finishes before winning on Sunday night at Waynesfield Raceway Park in his XXX. After starting 4th, Sheldon raced into the lead on the 22nd lap and held off James McFadden in and through traffic before taking the checkered flag on lap 40. The win pad Sheldon a robust $5,000 and cemented his point lead for Ohio Speedweek, which is sanctioned by the All Star Circuit of Champions.

Bade Best at Eagle |
June 20th. For the first time in 2015, Shayle Bade found victory lane at her hometrack of Eagle Raceway in Lincoln, NE. Bade made a bold move to grab the lead, working from her outside row three starting spot to the lead in one big swoop. With her XXX sprint car working flawlessly, Bade would turn away challenger after challenger before picking cruising her way to victory lane. Congratulations to Shayle, Butch and the entire crew on the win!

Iacono Wins AU National Title in Rookie Season |
June 20th. Our biggest congratulations go out to Sean Iacono, who during his rookie year of driving a XXX Midget to 1200 conversion, scored the biggest prize in Australia by winning the national championship on Saturday night. Iacono picked up the lead on the second lap of the 25 lap A Main at Archerfield Speedway in Queensland. Sean briefly lost the lead on lap 13, but after an adjustment to his race line, took the lead back on the very next lap and raced away to a 2.5 second margin of victory.

Two in a Row for Ambrose |
June 20th. Lynn Ambrose took the wing off his XXX Midget to 1200 Conversion on Saturday night and led a XXX 1-2-3 sweep of the podium at Lincoln Park Speedway in Indiana. Ambrose led every lap of the feature, followed by fellow XXX drivers Scott Bradley in second and Andy Bradley third.

Amdahl Wins #1 |
June 19th. Elliot Amdahl by all accounts was flawless on Friday night in picking up his first win in a XXX 600. Running with the 600 division at St Croix Valley Raceway, Amdahl shot out to an early lead and was never seriously challenged on his way to the victory. Congratulations Elliot and Crew!

Reutzel Scores Emotional Win |
June 19th. Aaron Reutzel picked up a meaningful and emotional win on Friday over the ASCS National Tour. One week after losing valued friend, sponsor and mentor Bob Miller, Reutzel and his XXX Sprint car took to Salina Speedway in KS and used a lap 23 restart to pass Seth Bergman on his way to his 7th feature win of 2015. It was the third win this year over the national tour, and in the process, Aaron reclaimed the lead in the ASCS National Tour standings. XXX congratulates Aaron on the victory and sends our best wishes to the family and friends of Bob Miller on his passing.

June 19th, 2015 - 3 Wins for Vollbrecht at Deming |
June 19th. Mike Vollbrecht has been on a tear at Deming Speedway, winning his third feature in four tries at the Everson, WA track on Friday night. When the Northwest Focus Midget Series A Main rolled to the track, Vollbrecht took to the early lead, but was relegated to second on lap two by Nick Evans. Searching for room to run, Vollbrecht found his opportunity to strike for the lead on lap 12, as Evans pushed way high onto the track, allowing Vollbrecht to blow by him in his XXX midget on his way to his third win on the season.

Keeling Tops at Tri-State |
June 19th. Tri-State Speedway managed to get another race in on Friday night in Texas, despite the massive downpours and flooding the state has been dealing with all year. In their 600 division, Gideon Keeling picked up another win in his XXX. Gideon started from the pole and led every lap of the feature, remarking that the car “was the best handling car I’ve ever driven.”

Veibrock Goes Back 2 Back w TSCS |
June 13th. Chase Viebrock became the first repeat winner of the TSCS 2015 campaign this weekend. Viebrock took home the win on Saturday night with the wingless series at Hibbing Raceway in MN and on Sunday at Proctor Speedway in MN. On Saturday, Chase started the main event by working the bottom of the track, but within the first five laps, found great moisture and forward bite on the high side, using it to drive into the lead and eventual win. Sunday was a completely different story, as Chase lost brakes before the main event even started. The youngster showed patience and extreme throttle control, rolling the bottom of the track and never making a mistake in taking his second win of the weekend and third total in the season in his XXX.

June 13th, 2015 - Montieth Wires the All Stars |
June 13th. If big money is on the line at Lincoln Speedway, Brian Montieth is in the conversation. With the All Star Circuit of Champions in town on Saturday night, Montieth once again rose to the occasion, scoring a $5,000 payday in the Premier Racing #21 XXX. After timing in second quick, Montieth advanced through his heat race and won the dash to earn the pole for the A Main. Montieth had a car that went forward high or low, and he did a masterful job of weaving past lap traffic to lead every lap of the main and grab the win, his 49th at Lincoln and 3rd over the All Stars. XXX chassis held seven of the top ten finishing spots.

Double Digit Wins for Hodnett |
June 13th. Make it six straight weeks of winning for Greg Hodnett in the Heffner Racing #27 XXX sprint car. Hodnett and the team took to Port Royal Speedway on Saturday night, and took the win from the 6th starting position, powering underneath fellow Team XXX driver Doug Esh for the lead on lap 19. The win marks the 10th on the year for Greg and the sixth straight week that the team has been in victory lane.

June 13th. Jeff Halligan raced his way into the right place at the right time in taking his second win of the year in his XXX. Running with the 358 division at Lincoln, Halligan was challenging race leader Phil Walter for the lead when Walter collected with a slower car on lap 15, giving the lead to Halligan. Jeff would lead the final five laps with little challenge to collect his second win of the year.

June 13th. Ryan Bowers has always had faith in his XXX sprint car. Now that his engine program is back on track, the driver of the Mastell Bros #199 is putting up the results he expects, following his third straight win over the UMSS series. On Saturday night at Hibbing Raceway in MN, Bowers won his heat race then drove from fourth to the lead on lap 3. The main went non-stop for all twenty five laps, with Bowers taking the victory, his third straight with the series. |

McCelland Beats OCRS |
June 13th. Sean McClelland is back in a XXX and the results are returning right to where they used to be. On Saturday night, McClelland beat the OCRS at Tri-State Speedway in Pocola, OK after starting in the second row. Sean quickly ascended to second and took the lead from Robert Sellers on lap 15 using the outside groove. It was a XXX 1-2 finish with Sellers taking second and taking the OCRS point lead in the process.

June 13th, 2015 - Hodie Wins. Mark Wins. Only Loser Is Colton. |
June 13th. Our congratulations go out to XXX CNC Operator Michael Hodel or “Hodie the Outlaw”. Hodie has put his heart and soul into building his own one of a kind car out of the XXX shop on off hours, and for four years, has worked hard to improve his driving skills. On Saturday night, Hodie made a pass coming to the white flag to take the lead and held on for the victory in the Sportsman Sprint division at Skagit Speedway. The win was the first in Michael’s career, and if early results are indicative, will be a win we hear about in the shop for years to come.

June 13th, 2015 - Romig Wins Wingless |
June 13th. Congratulations go out to Mike Romig, who was the NWWT vs ODSS winner on Saturday at Grays Harbor Raceway in Elma, WA. Romig started on the inside of row two and quickly moved to the front, blasting past the front row of cars on the inside of turn two on the first lap. From there, only restarts would be bring the field close, as Romig had them covered in securing the win.

June 13th, 2015 - It’s All Ambrose at Twin Cities |
June 13th. Another driver has taken a Hoosier Speed 1200 to victory in 2015, with Lynn Ambrose besting the 18 car field at Twin Cities Raceway Park in Indiana on Saturday night. Ambrose is the third different driver to win in a Hoosier Speed car on the season, following earlier wins by Chase Briscoe and Andy Bradley.

Last Lap Pass Grabs Win #1 for Gunderson |
June 12th. Greg Gunderson only led one lap of the race on Friday night at St Croix Valley Raceway in his XXX 600 on Friday night, but it was the only lap that mattered. After searching high and low around the track for the first 24 circuits, Gunderson railed around the high side on the final lap and using his momentum, whipped past the lead entering turn three and held on to win his first race of 2015 at the Wisconsin based track.

#9 for Hodnett |
June 7th. Greg Hodnett continues to roll strong, beating the All Star Circuit of Champions for his 9th total win on the season in the Heffner Racing #27 XXX. On Sunday night, Greg and the team rolled into Bedford Speedway where after setting quick time, Hodnett ran second in his heat and second in the dash, earning an outside pole position starting spot for the A Main. Hodnett took the lead on lap two of the main event, and was only challenged amongst slower traffic in winning his ninth main event of 2015.

Stidham Wins the David Tarter Memorial |
June 6th.The King of the West series invaded Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico, CA on Saturday night for the David Tarter Memorial, and when the dust settled on the 35 lap feature, it was Craig Stidham and his XXX chassis taking home the big check and big trophy. Stidham committed to the outside groove around the rough ¼ mile early in the main, working himself into second in the early going. With big momentum in the high groove, Stidham took the lead from Sean Becker on lap 10. Numerous challengers worked their way up to Craig throughout the course of the remaining 25 laps, but Stidham had an answer every time, staying as smooth as possible around the outside and out powering his competitors off the top of turn four in taking the victory. |

Buckwalter Destroys ARDC at Port Royal |
June 6th. Three different drivers have parked the Heffner Racing #27 XXX Midget in victory lane this season, with Steve Buckwalter being the latest. On Saturday night, Buckwalter drew driving duties on the potent machine, and despite starting 11th on the field, was up to the front in almost no time before taking the lead and running away with the win over the ARDC midget series at Port Royal Speedway.

2 in a Row for Sellers |
June 6th. Robert Sellers has won the past two OCRS main events and three features on the year in his XXX. Saturday night at Lawton Speedway in OK, Sellers ran down race leader Gary Owings in traffic, and used a slidejob to take the lead at the halfway point of the main on the super slick ¼ mile oval. Owings raced back at Sellers multiple times, but Robert made the right counter moves on his way to the win.

Baker Wins #1 at I-35 |
June 6th. Dual features were on tap at I-35 Speedway in Winston, MO on Saturday night for the non wing sprint cars. In the first main event of the evening, Cody Baker found victory lane for the first time in 2015. Baker made a late race rally that culminated with a drive off the high side that surged him past fellow Team XXX driver Mitchell Moore to grab the victory on the last lap of the main event in grandpa Ted Hall’s XXX.

June 6th, 2015 - Feature #2 at I-35 Goes to Moore |
June 6th. Having experienced the agony of defeat via last lap pass in the night’s first main event, Mitchell Moore turned his night around by using a last lap pass to win the night’s second main in the Potter Racing XXX sprint car. Main event number two for the non wing sprints at I-35 Speedway saw Moore chasing Chad Goff throughout the race before zipping around his outside on the final lap to claim the win. XXX chassis took three of the top five spots with Ricky Stangl taking third and Cody Baker coming from dead last to finish fourth.

SOS Win for Jones |
June 6th. Chris Jones grabbed win number on the year at the Southern Ontario Sprints race at South Buxton Raceway on Saturday. It was an all XXX battle at the front of the field in the late stages of the contest, as Cory Turner, who’d let from the get go, tried to hold off the hard charging Jones. Jones managed to wiggle his car just a little further down the track in the corners, and used an inside move to make the race winning pass on lap 23.

First Career W for Justin Miller |
June 5th. Our congratulations go out to Justin Miller for picking up his first career win on Friday night. Miller had to dip, dodge, duck and dive around all kinds of traffic, including a flipping car right in front of him on lap 8. After clearing all his obstacles, Miller enjoyed a comfortable lead in piloting his XXX to his first win at Manitowoc Speedway in Wisconsin.

Bowers Sweeps UMSS Weekend |
June 5th and June 6th. Ryan Bowers went 2 for 2 over the weekend, picking up his first and second race wins of the year on back to back nights of racing with the UMSS series. The potent Mastell Bros #199 XXX first took on Princeton Speedway for the Billy Anderson Memorial race, where Bowers took the lead on lap 12 and maintained a healthy advantage for the rest of the race in scoring a $2,450 payday Friday night. On Saturday, Bowers wasted no time establishing his dominance, taking off from the pole position and leading all 25 laps of the main without serious challenge on his way to sweeping the weekend’s racing.

June 5th. Johnny Parsons III found victory lane for the first time this season and 15th time overall with the TSCS series on Friday night. After weeks of bad weather, the non wing sprints finally got a night of racing in at St Croix Valley Raceway in Wisconsin, and it was Parsons emerging victorious in his XXX after running up through the field utilizing the low groove.

Late Race Heroics Bring Win to Michael |
June 5th. For the second time this season, Curt Michael parked the Bill Gallagher owned #5g XXX in victory lane with the United Racing Club. 42 cars went to battle at Williams Grove Speedway in PA on Friday night, and Michael topped them all, using a slidejob on lap 24 to take the lead away from Steve Buckwalter, then turning away a move from Mark Smith on the final lap to grab the victory. It was Curt’s first night out in a brand new XXX chassis, his second victory of the year and 51st all time with the URC.

Stangl Wrangles a XX Win |
May 31st. In just his fifth night in his brand new XXX chassis, Ricky Stangl found victory lane at XX Speedway in California, MO on Sunday night. Stangl drove around multiple time track champion Randy Martin to secure the win in the heat, and followed that up with a dominating performance in the A Main en route to the W in their winged 360 division. The Lees Summit, MO driver has also been competing non-wing, where he took second place on his first night out.

May 31st. Late congratulations go out to Shon Pointer, who took his XXX sprint car to his first win over the weekend. Racing at Huset’s Speedway in Brandon, SD on Sunday night, Pointer was tops in the IMCA Racesaver Sprint Car division, besting the field for the victory.

May 31st. Gideon Keeling took his new XXX 600 to a new track on Sunday evening and came away with the win. Driving the new XXX 600 fusion chassis, Keeling started 5th on the A Main at Elk City Speedway in Oklahoma and came away with the victory, his first in his new chassis. “The car was so good, it was on a rail the whole night!” he said post race.

Montieth Rolls from 11th to Win at Lincoln |
May 30th. No matter where he starts in the field, “The Edge” Brian Montieth is a threat to win at Lincoln Speedway. This proved true once again on Saturday night as the driver of the Premier Auto Works #21 XXX started 11th on the field and ended up in victory lane. Brian moved into second on lap 18 and took the lead just one lap later, but lost it on the 20th lap as he brushed the wall. Not to be deterred, Montieth once again marched forward and retook the lead to score his 4th win of the year at Lincoln and 7th overall. Montieth was quick to thank his crew in victory lane for their hard work in the shop. Adam Wilt put together a great run for second in his XXX.

Nouse Tops at Port Royal |
May 30th. For the first time since 2007, Kevin Nouse visited victory lane at Port Royal Speedway in the 410 Sprint Car division. Nouse has only been racing the #21a XXX for a few weeks time and on Saturday night, he quickly moved from 4th to the lead within just a few circuits. From there, it was an matter of slicing through slower traffic, with Greg Hodnett and Brent Marks hot on his tail. Nouse would hold off Hodnett by .4 seconds at the line to grab the victory, with Marks rounding out the all XXX podium finish.

Midget Win for Carpenter |
May 30th. Kelsey Carpenter has now won in four different divisions of cars at Skagit Speedway, and he’s done it all in XXX chassis. On Saturday night, the Northwest Focus Midget Series rolled into Skagit and Carpenter was tagged to run the Colton Heath owned #99 XXX. For his first night ever in a Midget, Carpenter was impressive, timing in the top and parlaying a third place finish in his heat into a third place starting spot in the main. Kelsey made an impressive move on the opening lap, as the lead two cars washed up the track in the middle of turn three, allowing Kelsey to power underneath both. At corner exit, Kelsey moved high to take away their line, completing what ended up being the race winning pass. Carpenter has now won at Skagit in a 410 Sprint, 360 and Sportsman Sprint as well as the Midget, all in XXX chassis.

Hodnett Wins #8 |
May 29th. For the second time at Williams Grove and eighth time overall on the year, Greg Hodnett parked the Mike Heffner owned #27 XXX in victory circle. On Friday night, Hodnett would start 10th thanks to the handicap system they occasionally employ at The Grove. Greg was on the move early, advancing up to second around halfway through the 25 lap feature. With race leader and fellow Team XXX drive Cory Haas pacing the field on the cushion, Hodnett used the low line in turn three and four to close ground and take the lead with the race winning pass coming out of that corner on the way to the white flag.

Hoddick Hot at Ohswekeny |
May 29th. Late week congratulations go out to Todd Hoddick, who picked up the 360 sprint car win at Ohsweken Speedway on Friday night. Hoddick started on the outside pole and was in contention for the lead all race long before threading his way through traffic and into the top spot on lap 15. He went on to grab the first sprint car win of his career just a few laps later, and in the process, put his XXX chassis into the top spot in Ohsweken’s championship standings.

Rim Riding Pays Off for Vollbrecht |
May 29th. Michael Vollbrecht put on an impressive performance in winning his second Northwest Focus Midget Series main event at Deming Speedway on Friday night. Vollbrecht had the right rear tire of his XXX midget inches away from the wall as him rim rode his way to a wire-to-wire win at the 1/6 mile clay oval. Vollbrecht was challenged on the low groove a couple of times, but kept his foot buried into the throttle and drove smooth lines around the track while walking the tight rope just inches from the wall. |

Tim Shaffer Wins An All Star Barn Burner At Freemont Speedway |
May 24th. In any sport when you struggle you start to question yourself…you lose confidence. Sprint Car racing can amplify that feeling. Just ask Tim Shaffer. The former four time All Star titlist won only one series event last year and this year has struggled. But, last weekend Shaffer and his Bryan Grove Racing Team switched to an XXX Chassis, and it paid off quick on Sunday at Fremont Speedway. “The Steel City Outlaw” would battle with James McFadden – the previous night’s winner – throughout the last half of the 50-lap race on Budweiser Night before grabbing the lead on lap 47 and drove to the $10,000 victory. It was Shaffer’s first All Star win at Fremont since 2012 and was his 9th career series win at “The Track That Action Built.”.
“Hats off to the guys…Todd and Five-O…we have everybody here helping. Thank you. It’s been so tough. You go along there for a long spell…like a year and half and you’re struggling and struggling and you just keep fighting. It seemed like the harder we fought the worst it got and you get to a point where it’s like ‘can I drive any more.’ It’s great to be standing back up here again…it’s been a long time,” said an emotional Tim Shaffer in victory lane.

Greg Hodnett Captures Selinsgrove Speedway $5,000-to-win Ray Tilley Classic |
May 24th. Greg Hodnett on the front row at any track in central Pennsylvania is usually trouble for the rest of the field. At speedy Selinsgrove Speedway, you might as well reserve a spot in Victory Lane for the Spring Grove driver. Hodnett loves the joint. Selinsgrove is a big half-mile that demands nerves of steel and a fast race car that can carry momentum through the corners. Both were on display Sunday night in the Ray Tilley Classic. Hodnett turned the 30-lap Sprint Car main event into a glorified time-trialing session, running away unchallenged to a nice $5,000 payday.

Bradley Flies to Win at Haubstadt |
May 24th. Professional Airplane Pilot Andy Bradley flew to a victory at Tri-State Speedway in Haubstadt, IN on Sunday night. Running XXX Midget converted to a 1200 Mini Sprint, Bradley beat up 25 other cars for his first win with a wing in 2015.

May 23rd, 2015 -Lil'B Wins Big At Skagit Speedway John Carroll Classic Night |
May 23rd. For the second straight week at Skagit Speedway, our very own R&D and Setup Guru, Colton Heath, stood tall in victory lane after a 26 lap victory in the 360 division. Heath was the quick qualifier on the evening and by virtue of a zero invert, started from the pole. Colton beat Tayler Malsam into turn one and led the entire race with Malsam and Travis Rilat taking turns pressuring Heath through traffic to no avail. To celebrate his victory, Colton will be cleaning the bathrooms at XXX this week.

May 23rd. Congratulations go out to 15 year old Cole Young, who won his first sprint car main event on Saturday night aboard his XXX chassis. Young, the son of long time Team XXX driver Niki Young, led the first two laps of the race and regained the lead for good on lap eight before opening up a two second advantage on the field as he crossed under the checkered flags.

Dwayne Marcum Wins Saturday’s PAS Senior Race |
May 23rd. The Jason Yount owned Southern CA race team switched to a XXX Chassis a few weeks ago. In the 3rd race out, Dwayne Marcum won the Perris Auto Speedway Senior race on Saturday night. Which makes this extrodinary; this was the first win for Dwayne after 27 years of racing, as well as the first win ever for the car owner. Congrats on the long awaited win!

May 22rd, 2015 - The Edge 3 Out Of 4 At The Grove |
May 22rd. On Friday night, Brian Montieth put on a show, overcoming windblown track conditions to trade the lead in the last lap and a half. Montieth battled Dietrich for a lot of the rave, but in the end, got the better of the exchange. He passed Dietrich around what little cushion there was in Turn 2 and held on for his third Williams Grove win in the last four weeks by a mere .169 seconds. "That was an exciting race," Montieth's car owner Jerry Parrish said. "They should pay those two to come here.".

Last Lap Pass Seals Win for Heath |
May 16th. Colton Heath thrilled the Skagit Speedway crowd on Saturday night with a last lap pass for the win in his XXX sprint car. After dropping back to third at mid race, Heath rallied his way forward through heavy lapped cars to retake second place on lap 16. From there, Colton ran down race leader Trey Starks but looked bound to settle for a second place until a red flag flew on the last lap. With a green-white-checkered finish looming, Heath and Starks traded slidejobs multiple times with Colton ending out Trey for the win at the line by .127 seconds.

Ferguson Motors to Victory Lane |
May 16th. David Ferguson is into the win column for the first time this season after a masterful performance at Canandaigua Motorsports Park in New York on Saturday night. After a strong heat race, Ferguson lined up seventh on the 19 car grid. By the time he had moved into second place, Ferguson was a full straightaway behind the leader but with patience and great determination, David ran him down and made the race winning pass coming out of turn four with six laps to go in his XXX chassis.

May 16th. Michael Miller had everything fall his way on Saturday night, taking his first win of the year with the Southern Outlaw Sprints at Southern Raceway in Milton, FL. May 16th. Tristin Thomas grabbed the win with the Northwest Focus Midget Series at Grays Harbor Raceway on Saturday night. Despite tow rig trouble, which delayed his arrival to the track, Thomas would set quick time and parlay his pole position starting spot into a wire to wire win, his first of the season and first at Grays Harbor. It was an all XXX podium, with Mike Vollbrecht taking second and Nick Evans taking third.

May 15th, 2015 -Bacon and Hoffman Take 3rd USAC Win of 2015 |
May 15th. Brady Bacon collected his third USAC National Tour win of 2015 on Friday night at Gas City I-69 Speedway in Indiana. Driving the Mean Green Hoffman Racing #69 XXX, Brady searched high and low for racing room while working his way forward from his sixth place starting spot. Brady had advanced to second by lap seventeen and using the inside groove, made what was the race winning pass on that lap. From there, it was a mad dash through traffic that saw the “Broken Arrow Bandit” emerged victorious by .403 seconds. Brady was also the fast qualifier. Congrats to Brady, Big Dan and the boys on the win.

Cottage Grove Win for Carter |
May 15th. It was a perfect night for racing at Cottage Grove Speedway in Oregon, and Colby Carter made use of the great weather to turn in a great performance in the Hedge Carter owned #71 XXX. Carter set quick time on the night, ran second in his heat race and the dash and then raced from sixth to first in the main event to pick up the victory.

Sellers Repeats with OCRS |
May 15th. The Oil Capital Racing Series went to Flint Creek Speedway on Saturday night, and when the dust settled, Robert Sellers became the series only repeat winner of 2015 in his XXX Sprint Car. Sellers took the lead for the first time on lap six before losing it on lap nine to Jamie Passmore. Robert adjusted his racing line from the top to the bottom and chased Jamie down, retaking the lead on lap 21 of the 30 lap main on his way to the win.

Hodnett Wins The Gettysburg Clash. XXX Sweeps The Podium. |
May 13th. Greg Hodnett claims to be “not very good” at Lincoln Speedway, but the results for him and the Heffner Racing Team say otherwise in 2015. On Wednesday night. Hodnett won the 2015 Gettysburg Clash at the 3/8 mile oval, dominating the main event and nearly pulling off a clean sweep of the race night in his XXX chassis. Hodnett was the fastest qualifier and set a new track record (post weight rule), and nearly won his heat race, taking second behind Kerry Madsen. An invert of zero gave Greg the pole for the dash, and he took full advantage by streaking away for the win and earning the pole for the 35 lap feature. Despite a rocky start to the main event, with three cautions in six laps, Hodnett would develop great rhythm early, building a healthy advantage once consecutive laps started clipping off, winning by a large margin at the drop of the checkered flag. Hodnett would top an all XXX podium that saw
Stevie Smith take the Rahmer Racing #51 XXX to second place and Ryan Smith claim third in the Rob Warko owned #94 XXX.

May 9th. Greg Hodnett picked up an important win before the World of Outlaws invade Central PA this week, scoring $3,200 at Port Royal Speedway on Saturday night. Hodnett inherited the lead from fellow Team XXX driver Doug Esh on lap 21 when Esh had a right rear tire let loose. Hodnett would easily cruise to the win from there in the Mike Heffner owned #27 XXX.

May 9th. Nathan Skaggs is in the win column for the first time in 2015 after beating the OVSCA at Brushcreek Motorsports Complex. Skaggs, who has been plagued with engine trouble this season, won his heat race from fourth and took the lead on lap number two of the A Main and decimated the field, lapping over the half the field before a caution came out on lap 12. Skaggs then took his XXX sprint car back up through the field, lapping up to ninth as the checkered flag fell.

Viebrock Opens TSCS Season with Win |
May 9th. Chase Viebrock has started his TSCS season with a victory at St Croix Valley Raceway in Wisconsin on Friday night. With a brand new XXX chassis underneath him, Viebrock won his heat and took the lead on lap one of the feature. The youngster was pressured all race long by defending series champ Rob Caho, and the two exchanged the lead multiple times in the middle portion of the race, with Viebrock ending up on top at the end of the night.

It’s not often you see a driver get sent to the back of the field and come back up to win, much less from 19th, but that’s just what happened on Saturday night at Castrol Raceway in Edmonton. Sean MacDonnell was involved in an early accident, and restarted the main in 19th. From there, MacDonnell looked like a whirling dervish on his way to the front, rallying his XXX back up to the front in taking the win.

Montieth Red Hot as Outlaws Invade |
May 8th. Few drivers are as hot as Brian Montieth, and the timing couldn’t be better for “The Edge” as he readies himself to take the Jerry Parrish owned #21 XXX up against the World of Outlaws this coming week. Montieth won his third main event in a row on Friday night at Williams Grove Speedway, scoring a $4,000 payday in the process. Montieth and Sprint Car Hall of Famer Donnie Krietz engaged in a highly entertaining battle for the lead around the big ½ mile in the main event, exchanging the point a couple of times before Brian pulled ahead for good on lap 11 in a race that went without interruption.

Montieth Sweeps Weekend with Weldon Sterner Win |
May 2nd. Brian Montieth was 2 for 2 this past weekend, following a $6,900 score at the Weldon Sterner Memorial at Lincoln Speedway on Saturday night. Carrying his momentum through from his previous night victory at Williams Grove, Montieth started seventh on the evening and began his march up the field early. The only caution of the 33 lap race came on lap 3, and it was immediately thereafter that Montieth made his moves. He was up to third by the 11th lap and swept into the lead on lap 16. From there, “The Edge” sliced and diced through traffic like the experienced veteran he is, winning in his words, “one of the harder intense races I’ve ever driven”.

May 1st. The Heffner Racing Midget found victory lane again this weekend, as Tim Buckwalter took over the pilot’s seat and ran the car to victory lane over the ARDC at Big Diamond Speedway on Saturday night. Buckwalter quickly moved the XXX midget forward on the field in the A Main, taking third on lap three, second on lap four and to the lead by lap five. It was all Tim from there, as he easily led the last 15 laps to give Heffner Racing it’s second midget win of the season.

May 1st. Sheridan ran as smart of a tactical race as seen in a while at Deming Speedway in the 600 division. Sheridan had a solid advantage early that went away as second place made gains mid-race, and showed him a nose on lap 12. From there, Sheridan made what would end up being the race winning adjustment to his line. Going from running the mid/high groove, Sheridan went to the bottom. With traffic looming, Sheridan stayed committed to the bottom, waiting out the slower cars in front of him and driving to the win.

April 25th. Winning races at Lincoln Speedway is a tough chore, but JJ Grasso was up to the task on Saturday night. April 25th. Cody “The Beard” Robbins took the Danny Williamson owned XXX sprinter to a victory over the Louisiana Bayou Sprinters on Saturday. Robbins started on the pole and backed up to fourth on the start, but as the race went on, the car came alive. Robbins made his way back to the lead and on the ultra slick surface, ended up taking the win by a full straightaway at the conclusion of the main event.

April 25th. Steve Parker used veteran moxie and guile to secure his first win of the 2015 campaign at Skagit Speedway in the Sportsman Sprint class. Mired in heavy traffic, Parker lost the lead on lap 11 to fellow Team XXX racer Devin Barnes, but got it right back as he made the right decision on lanes with slower cars about. Parker would hold off Barnes over the final 15 laps with the drivers nose to tail all over the 3/10 mile clay oval to make a XXX 1-2-3 finish, with Bill Rude rounding out the podium.

Hodnett Beats the All Stars

April 24th. For the second time in 2015, Greg Hodnett stood in victory lane over the All Star Circuit of Champions. On Friday night at Williams Grove Speedway, Hodnett started third and after looking for his preferred racing line for a couple of laps, settled in and began his march forward. After securing second around the halfway point of the race, Hodnett used his superior drive through the middle of the race track in the corners to take the lead around lap 18 in the Mike Heffner owned #27 XXX. After clearing slower cars, Hodnett checked out to grab his 4th overall win of the year, second over the All Stars and a $5,000 pay day.

April 18th. 16 year old Parker Price-Miller is on quite the roll, having won on back to back weekends in 410 action, this time taking down the All Star Circuit of Champions in a wire-to-wire effort on Saturday night. From the pole, PPM led from the outset, but not without challenge as Andrew Palker briefly had the lead through the first set of turns. Price-Miller stayed calm, cool and collected, driving back underneath Palker to take the lead and began stretching his advantage. Parker was challenged later in the race by Rob Chaney as the pair moved through traffic, but PPM’s #9p XXX was up to the challenge as he collected his second 410 win on his second straight weekend and his first over the All Stars.

Bacon Takes USAC Win at Haubstadt

April 18th. In a thrilling USAC National Tour main event, Brady Bacon grabbed his second national tour victory of the year with Hoffman Auto Racing and third overall at Tri-State Speedway in Haubstadt, IN on Saturday night. Bacon took the lead for the first time on lap four, with both Robert Ballou and Kyle Cummins chasing him down through heavy traffic. Ballou managed to pass him for the lead on the 23 lap, but Bacon had his XXX ready to reclaim the crown, getting back by Ballou on lap 24 on his way to the win. Congratulations Brady, Xia Xianna, Big Dan and the Hoffman crew on the win.

Smith Cashes In at The Grove

April 17th. How potent is the combination of Stevie Smith driving for Fred Rahmer? How about 8 wins in 24 starts in their XXX chassis, including aa $6,000 win on Friday night at the Tommy Hinnershitz Spring Classic at Williams Grove. It was fellow Team XXX driver Brent Marks who held serve for most of the race while Smith stalked him through lapped cars. Slower traffic proved to be Mark’s undoing, as with nine to go, he made contact trying to get around a slower car, ending his chase. Smith would take over the lead and cruise on to win, followed by an all XXX chassis top three including Greg Hodnett and Aaron Ott.

Stratton Gives Heffner First Midget Win

April 17th. The Mike Heffner Racing XXX Midget will have a number of big name drivers piloting the car in 2015, and the first of them to park it in victory lane was Danny Stratton on Friday night over the ARDC at Linda’s Speedway. Stratton took the lead near the halfway point of the 25 lap A Main, and finding the high groove to his liking, rode the cushion for the rest of the race, turning away a last lap challenge from Trevor Kobylarz to take the victory.

April 12th. An offseason of turmoil was put to rest for the newly reformed United Racing Club with a familiar face picking up his 50th career win. Curt Michael has been instrumental in getting the club back up and running, and the Ocean View, DE driver parked the Bill Gallagher owned #5g XXX in victory lane on Sunday at Bridgeport Speedway in New Jersey to become the first winner for the new club. Michael started on the outside pole position for the main event and led every lap of the feature to score the victory. Curt also won his heat race.

Lincoln Win for Dewease

April 11th. Lance Dewease is in the winner column in 2015 following his victory Saturday night at Lincoln Speedway. Dewease ran second in the early going while looking for a place to get by race leader Billy Dietrich. After a restart, Dewease pulled his wing back to adjust the handling on his XXX chassis, and found the low grove open on the bottom of turn two on the 18th lap. Dewease powered through the low groove, then slid up in front of Dietrich to take his line away and completed the race winning pass. Congratulations Lance, Dev, Scott, Chris and the entire Dietz Racing team on the victory.

Hodnett Wins from 13th at Port Royal
|
April 11th. It’s been a long while since we’ve seen a win from 13th in Central PA, but that’s exactly what Greg Hodnett did on Saturday night at Port Royal Speedway. By lap eight, Hodnett had already moved the Mike Heffner owned #27 XXX to sixth and by lap 10 he was up to fourth, as he dissected the field in surgical fashion. By lap 19, Hodnett was in the runner up position and began working on race leader Lucas Wolfe. The pair traded sliders in turn one over the next few laps, with Hodnett using his superior traction and speed to gain the upper hand. Wolfe fired a slider back in turn three of lap 21, but a caution came out, giving Hodnett the lead back and clean air on the restart, which he took full advantage of in winning his third race of the 2015 campaign.

Home Track Win for Bacon & Hoffman

April 11th. The Hoffman Auto Racing #69 XXX made a rare appearance at a local show at their home track of Lawrenceburg Speedway on Saturday night. The team debuted a new XXX chassis with the idea to test and try some things. The decision ended up being a good one, as Brady Bacon picked up a victory by nearly half a track. After being the quickest car in hot laps, the pill draw format set Brady to the inside of row two in his heat race. Bacon quickly disposed of the front row and raced away to the win in the heat. Earning position one for the feature, Bacon easily led every lap of the main to score the victory, lapping almost half the field in the process.

PPM Wins First 410 Feature at Fremont
|
April 11th. Parker Price-Miller now has a 410 feature win to his credit. The up and coming young hotshoe out of Indiana took home the 410 feature win at historic Fremont Speedway on Saturday night. Price-Miller started in third and was up to second after the opening lap. On a track that he described as “Fast, Slow, Dusty, Tack, Rough and Smooth at the same time”, Parker stalked race leader Byron Reed amongst heavy traffic, waiting for his opportunity to arrive. Reed would open the door on lap twenty, driving off the edge of the track, allowing Price-Miller to blow by him in his XXX into the lead. Parker made the right decisions over the next five laps in heavy traffic till a caution flew, giving him open track over the last five circuits as he claimed the win.

April 10th. The first victory of 2015 came on Friday night for Rodney Westhafer at Williams Grove Speedway. Westhafer was challenged by Lucas Wolfe as he reached traffic, but kept the veteran at bay and thanks to a caution with seven laps remaining, enjoyed a large margin of victory at the end as he was untouchable in clean air.

April 4th. He's beat The Outlaws - he's beat The Posse - and now he's beat The All Stars. Ryan Smith added to his already impressive accolades with a victory on Saturday night over The All Star Circuit of Champions at Attica Raceway Park in Ohio. After qualifying fifth quick, Smith was scheduled to start third on the feature, but an opening lap crash moved Smith to the pole where he set out to an early advantage. Smith manuevered deftly through traffic, making the right moves at the right time and collected $5,000 for his efforts in bringing the Warko Racing #94 XXX to victory lane.

April 4th. Everything is clicking for Brian Montieth early in the 2015 season. The pilot of the Premier Auto Works #21 XXX won his second straight main event at Lincoln Speedway on Saturday night, collecting $5,000 for the Spring Championship win. Montieth led every lap from the pole position, and at one point looked like he could have lapped the entire field if not for a caution on lap 18 that erased his lead of over six seconds.

Willsher Brings Back to Back National Titles to XXX

April 4th. Our biggest congratualtions go out to Victoria's Dylan Willsher who brought the Australian Formula 500 (600)National Championship back with Team XXX for the second straight season. Willsher's first title came after three days of racing, where Dylan earned the pole after four heat races. From there, he took his XXX to victory lane, running four tenths of a second faster than the field during the course of the main event. The win paid $1,000 to win, but the prestige will last a lifetime. Congratulations Dylan!

April 3rd and 4th. With a weekend of from ASCS National Tour racing, Aaron Reutzel collected wins #5 and 6 on Friday and Saturday night in his XXX chassis. On Friday night. Reutzel took on the ASCS Red River region and using what was described as a "slide-for-life", raced underneath the front row from his third place starting spot to grab a lead which he would not relinquish on his way to the win at Red River Speedway in Wichita Falls, TX. On Saturday, Reutzel stayed close to home, winning his second main event of the year at Bronco Raceway Park in Cleveland, TX. Congratualtions Aaron, Shelbey and Carson on the wins!

April 4th. Central Washington State Fair Raceway hosted the Summer Thunder Sprintcar Series on Saturday night with JJ Hickle winning the season opener in his XXX chassis. Hickle started on the outside pole and expertly navigated the super slick 1/2 mile, making the race winning pass on the inside of turn two on lap eight. The win paid $3,000.

March 29th. For the 45th time in his career, Brian Montieth stood victorious at Lincoln Speedway. The pilot of the Premier Auto Works #21 XXX used the outside groove to work forward and grabbed the lead from fellow Team XXX driver Greg Hodnett on lap 16 to secure his first victory of the 2015 campaign, living up to his nickname, “The Edge”. Hodnett grabbed the lead on lap three and looked to check out on the field early, but Montieth had alternate plans. After seeing track officials put moisture down around the outer groove pre main event, Montieth committed to running high, and it paid off for him, passing for third on lap 12 and into second shortly thereafter. With Hodnett working heavy traffic ahead of him, Brian saw an opening to take the lead, using a slidejob out of turn four as his race winning pass.

Day Doubles Up in Texas

March 27th. With his blue bodied, orange numbered #95 XXX running strong, Jeff Day picked up two wins over the weekend on dirt tracks in Texas. The winning began for Jeff at RPM Speedway in Crandall on Friday where Day started on the pole and navigated a rough race track by expertly hitting his marks around the low groove to secure the win. On Saturday, Day took his XXX to Devil’s Bowl Speedway in Mesquite where after winning his heat race, he found himself in victory lane once again at the end of the A Main, besting 14 other drivers for top honors on the evening.

March 29th. Joey Starnes made the most of his upfront starting spot on Friday night, scoring a win at Superbowl Speedway in Greenville, TX. Starnes started next to his good friend John Binz and beat him into turn one on his way to leading every lap of the main event in his #11 XXX 600.

Hodnett Breaks the Ice at Lincoln
|
March 15th. With the sun finally shining and the snow melted (mostly) from the grounds, Greg Hodnett took the Heffner Racing #27 XXX to victory lane at the Icebreaker 30 at Lincoln Speedway on Sunday afternoon. The second win of the season for Hodnett was not without peril, as the track provided a rutty challenge in turns three and four that caused carnage all throughout the field. Greg took over the race lead on a lap 8 restart, using the inside groove in turns one and two, and led the rest of the way to grab the $4,000 win, his second of the season and first in the PA Posse wars. Congratulations Greg, Ryan, Sean, Mike and everyone else on the first of many Central PA wins in 2015!

Briscoe Grabs 2nd DuQuoin Win |
March 15th. On an incredibly slick DuQuoin Indoor Raceway surface, Chase Briscoe grabbed his second lightning sprint win over the past 2 months in the Hoosier Speed owned XXX Midget conversion. Starting inside row two, Briscoe showed incredible patience, running the inside of the track while looking for opportunity to advance. After picking up second place just a few laps in, Briscoe made the race winning pass on the inside of turn one around the halfway point of the feature, and ran away from the field after securing the lead to earn the victory.

Denton Grabs 1st XXX Win

March 14th. In his first night in a XXX midget and only 4th night of Midget racing overall, Brandon Denton brought home the big trophy with the Southern States Midget Series on Saturday night. Running at North Florida Speedway, Denton won his heat race from 4th to earn the pole for the main event. Brandon led early, then for an unknown reason, was sent to the back of the field. For most this would be the end of their main event aspirations, but Denton got his elbows up and rallied his XXX midget back to the lead in just two laps to grab the victory.

Reutzel Debuts New Car, Wins AGAIN

March 7th. Aaron Reutzel can do no wrong these days, as he parked his XXX chassis in victory lane again this past Saturday night. Bringing out a new frame that hadn’t been run yet, Aaron dominated the evening at Bronco Raceway Park in Cleveland, TX, winning his heat race and main event (and leading every lap of the feature). Aaron now has 4 wins on the season, the most of any driver in North America as of this writing.

Putland 2nd with AU Allstars

February 28th. Sam Putland earned accolades this week by finishing in second place for the 2014-2015 National Australian Allstar Championship in his XXX Sprint Car. The crew and driver endured a long final night of racing, including being pinched into the wall and losing brakes, but persevered for a good finish that allowed them to take second overall in series points. Putland also leads the points in the South Australian 360 series with just 4 meetings remaining in the year.

Reutzel Wins Again, Leads ASCS Points

February 27th. Coming off a win last week at East Bay Raceway Park, Aaron Reutzel tackled Bubba Raceway Park on Friday night for the second week of ASCS Racing in Florida. After moving forward in his heat race, Reutzel would draw the pole position for the main event, and used it to his full advantage, leading every lap of the main for his second victory on the tour this year and third overall in his XXX chassis. Aaron holds an early lead in ASCS points as he looks to be crowned the tour champion for 2015. .

February 21st. Hoffman Auto Racing opened up defense of their USAC National Championship by securing a win on Saturday night at Bubba Raceway Park in Ocala, FL. Brady Bacon piloted the potent #69 XXX off the front row and led all 30 laps, flying the front wheels of his car in the air as he crossed underneath the checkered flag to grab his ninth career USAC win, the 87th for Hoffman Auto Racing and a $5,000 check to go with it.

Reutzel Wins King of 360’s Nationals Opener

February 19th. “That was a heckuva racetrack!” Aaron Reutzel exclaimed as he climbed from his winning Shark-powered BC Fundz/Basic One Services No. 87 Triple X Sprint Car at East Bay Raceway Park on Thursday night. And a heckuva race car. That pretty much summed it up as the Clute, TX, racer successfully kicked off his Lucas Oil ASCS National championship pursuit with a victory in the opening leg of East Bay Raceway Park’s “King of 360’s” Nationals. Reutzel emerged from a heated duel with Terry McCarl late in the race in traffic to take the win in Thursday’s 25-lap preliminary feature event aboard the Wren Motorsports/Momentum Racing Suspensions machine.

Hodnett Dominates in DIRTcar Nationals Sprint Week Win

February 11th. It was a win for the Pennsylvania Posse Wednesday night at Volusia Speedway Park as Greg Hodnett dominated the UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions feature on night two of DIRTcar Nationals sprint week. Greg summed it up best in victory lane ... “We qualified well and got a great run in the dash to put us up front and that helped tremendously. The guys gave me a perfect race car. There were times in traffic where I was hand over hand…it was a handful on the cushion at times. We are working with a new Triple X chassis this year and tried some things and it worked and I got one of these gator trophies.”.

Chase Briscoe Wins At DuQioin In An XXX 1-2

February 8th. Congratulations to Chase Briscoe on the "Golden Pumper" win at DuQuoin on Saturday night. Chase raced his way to the win in a XXX Midget modified to utilize a 1200. Chase was followed closely to the checkers by Christopher Bell in an identically prepared car, making it an XXX Chassis 1-2.

Rilat Wins Tyson Perez Memorial
|
February 8th. Travis Rilat scored an emotional victory at the Tyson Perez Memorial with the Australian Sprintcar Allstars Saturday night at Borderline Raceway. The event named after one of Rilat’s closest friends that died in an off track accident that also saw Rilat severely burned. Rilat took the lead from Tim Van Ginnekin after he fell out of the event. From there Rilat held off Chad Ely for the win.
For us at XXX, this is the definition of mixed emotions ... we're happy and sad at the same time. But, one thing is for sure, Spud would be proud!

Burford Wins at Speedway City

February 7th. Congratulations are due to Michael Burford who broke through for his first win in a 410 sprint car. Burford took home top honors at Speedway City in South Australia on February 7th, leading every lap of the main. Burford was never seriously challenged in clean air, and was the first to find the rubber in the late stages as he parked his #6 XXX in victory lane.

Anderson Wins at Ruapuna

January 15th. Daniel Anderson struck gold at Ruapuna Speedway on Thursday with a win in their New Zealand Grand Prix tune up. Anderson started 4th in his XXX 410 sprint car, and was challenging for the lead by the end of the opening lap. Daniel would take the lead following a lap 13 restart and withstood three more cautions before crossing the line for his first win of 2015.

Reutzel Closes Winter Heat Sprint Car Showdown With First Career 410 Win
|
January 10th. Aaron Reutzel capped the inaugural Winter Heat Sprint Car Showdown by accomplishing a goal that had evaded him throughout the first week and a half of the new year. Reutzel led all but one lap on Saturday at Cocopah Speedway, where he recorded his first career 410ci sprint car feature victory during the final night of the five-race event. “It’s unreal,” he said. “To come out of the box and lead the first two nights and then something happened. We were leading this deal and I was just waiting for something to happen.” After earning a front row starting position for the first two Winter Heat Sprint Car Showdown races last weekend only to have mechanical issues derail him, Reutzel took advantage of a similar opportunity on Saturday when he lined up on the inside of NASCAR star Kasey Kahne to start the 30-lap, $12,000-to-win feature which he went on to win.

Hahn is Golden at Tulsa Again

January 3rd. Few things in life are certain: Death, Taxes and Blake Hahn winning Golden Drillers at the Tulsa Shootout. For the third time in the short history of the Eco Tech Midget division, Hahn took his XXX to a win at the biggest indoor race of the Winter. The win gives Hahn three out of the five drillers handed out for the Eco Tech Midgets at Tulsa, having won in 2012, 2014 and now 2015.

January 1st, 2015 - Scott Wins 5th Straight South Island Championship

January 1st. Congratulations go out to Jason Scott, who through hard work and a ton of perseverance, won his 5th straight South Island Championship in New Zealand. Jason flipped violently the night before, setting him behind the 8 ball as the night began, but through hard work, got is car back in race ready shape. With a rough and dusty track in front of him, Jason flawlessly maneuvered between the ruts and outlasted his fellow competitors to claim the title in his XXX at Central Motor Speedway.
